Clancey retiring as C.R. Area Chamber CEO

- Lee Clancey plans to retire Sept. 1 as president and chief executive officer of the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce.
Clancey's decision was announced today by Ralph Russell, chairman of the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber.
