Exhibitor InformationExhibit space is limited to 89 booths. Participating employers are limited to a single booth. The Corridor Career Fair features only employers that have physical office locations in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Technology Corridor. Preference will be given to investors and members of the following organizations: Priority One, Iowa City Area Development Group, Cedar Rapids Chamber of Commerce, and Skills Advantage Consortium. Booth Equipment: Electricity and other booth equipment are available for an additional fee. Electricity must be requested on the booth registration form. Wireless Internet access is included as part of the registration. Additional technology requirements will be accommodated on a request basis and may require a set up fee. Each employer will receive an exhibitor’s kit from Spielman’s Event Services approximately three weeks before the event. Booth Set–up and Tear–down: Booth set up will be Friday, April 25th from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. (no early entry) and/or Saturday, April 26th beginning at 7:30 a.m. and must be completed no later than 8:30 a.m. Booth tear–down begins no earlier than 2:00 p.m. after the fair closes. All booths must be staffed during all hours of the fair. Participating Employer Information: Information about each employer will be provided to jobseekers before the fair on CorridorCareers.com and at the door the day of the event. You will receive a request of information approximately three weeks prior to the fair which will include your preference for receiving resumes, current opens that you are recruiting for at the fair, internship information and Skills Advantage participation. Computers in a staffed area will be available at the fair for jobseekers to submit online applications. Invoicing and Cancellation Information: Employers will be invoiced by Gazette Communications for exhibit space and advertising at the conclusion of the Corridor Career Fair. Employers who cancel their booth reservation on or after April 1, 2008, will not be eligible for a refund.
